Culture & Leadership Specialist, Business Transformation and Executive Coach
Michelle’s dream is to create workplaces where people are valued and feel safe, and organisations that are great places to work and do business.
Leveraging her interest in people and organisational development, she traded in her accounting career to pursue her undergraduate and graduate degrees in human behaviour, organisational development and ethics. In 2013, after holding a range of positions in human resources and senior management, Michelle founded SynergyIQ a management consultancy. Michelle now runs SynergyIQ with her two business partners, and a team of amazing consulting and change professionals who specialises in leadership development, culture, change management, and business transformation.
An experienced leadership coach and culture strategist, Michelle’s professional associations and accrediations include the Australian Human Resource Institute (CAHRI), Human Synergystics (OCI/OEI/LSI), the Leaders Institute of South Australia (GLF2013) and is a Certified DARE TO LEAD™ Facilitator.
Michelle is the author of “Energy Vampires Suck”, “Unearthing Vampires”, and the international bestselling “Culture Inc: create a business that delivers results and people love”.
Relationship Manager, Business Coach, and Transformation Specialist
Daniel joined the team in 2018, and after years of helping people build their dream homes, he has traded this in to help people create their dream lives and businesses. With a long history in the construction industry, he has held positions as a business development manager and a leadership & culture specialist. Daniel entreprenurial spirit cannot be contained. In addition to Synergy IQ he runs a property development business and is the co-founder of health and well-being start-up (http://15min.com.au).
Daniel is an engaging and challenging business and leadership coach and consultant, who is passionate about helping you achieve your dreams and goals. Daniel has a natural ability to inspire, empower, and bring people and teams together to achieve results. Having played at elite junior level in cricket and football, Daniel has natural leadership abilities and is known for his genuine love of people.
Daniel always has a book in his hands and has an insatiable diet for knowledge. Currently undertaking his MBA with Torrens University, Daniel’s ambition is to pass on this knowledge to as many people and teams as he can.
Change Expert, Business Coach, and Transformation Specialist
Natalie is passionate about changing the way business people are engaged developing strategies for business transformation and tactics for change implementations. Her experience has been gained through consulting to local and state government, finance, utilities, health and defence clients nationally.
Her passion for change management led her to be a founding partner in Change Connect, chairing the association and leading Adelaide’s first ever change management conference.
Natalie has a Diploma in Change Management, and Advanced Diploma in Instructional Multimedia and holds a Bachelor of Business | Marketing Major.
Natalie is currently working towards a Organisational Psychology degree and has a Bachelor of Business and a Diploma of Instructional Multimedia which have both assisted in her ability to be able to develop and implement successful user adoption strategies.
Natalie undertook the RIMER Diploma of Organisational Change Management and integrates this with other methodologies and approaches such as Kotter and Prosci.
