Teams That ROCK! is a unique experience that takes your team on a journey over 0.5-1 days to help them understand themselves, each other and increase their performance through relationship connection, agility/adaption and double loop learning.

Have you ever wondered how The Rolling Stones, Guns and Roses, The Spice Girls, or U2 are able to work together day in and day out to create amazing music and experiences for their fans? Its team work of course…. Co-developed with Pete Barter, a professional musician, music educator and business guru, this program is a fun and unique way to interact with your team. Work together to build a band from scratch, including the instruments, messages and band roles. Also, CSR options available to add a ‘give back’ element to your next team building event.

Advice on creating a high performing team

Creating your ideal team takes time, effort and know how. A good place to start is by looking at the way in which the team interacts and what their thinking and behaving preferences are.

Before you start

When you start learning to create a high performing team, one of the main ingredients is learning how to understand people. You can learn this technique quite quickly through the power of understanding the various thinking styles. There are four core styles, and the combinations of these styles is endless. The key styles are discussed in this document and are represented by four colours. Creating scenario plans and predicting how we will work in the future is easier when you have a clear understanding of people.

This philosophy is based on a research and diagnostic model developed by Ned Hermann in the 60s. The diagnostic or profiling tool can be a great way of starting to understanding self and others.
