The only certainty in life is change. This has been said by many experts over the yearsIt is a truth that we can cling to. One of the quotes that I also personally cling to is ‘This too shall pass’ attributed to Lao Tzu. It’s a philosophy of thinking more than a quote and these days it’s a difficult one.  

Change is happening… right now. It is daily and it is uncertain and it is largely out of our control. How we respond to change, however, is in our control. Also in our control is how we respond to someone else’s response to change.

What other curve?  

We are working hard to ‘flatten the curve’ in relation to the spread of the disease. However, as a leader, manager or colleague there is another ‘curve’ that you need to be focused on right now. This curve is probably the one causing the most grief for you. That is the ‘learning and change curve’.
